- 1 / 5By mark brischThursday 11/17/16 @ 3:15 pm. About the worst experience ever! Mgr. Rachell Jackson ignored me when I walked up to counter to inquire about Happy Meal toy. Then she Lied and told me they didn't have the toy that was featured and shown on my receipt. However another employee got one right out the Happy Meal where premade bags are ready for food.
When I asked if she was manager she said yes and I told her she had "a rotten attitude", then she told me I had " a rotten attitude ". When I asked her name she said Ms Jackson and spelled it for me. When I asked her first name she ignored me. I had to ask the person behind the register.
My granddaughter and I go to this location about every other week for the past 3 years after I pick her up from school.December 06, 2016
