  I've been a customer at this particular location for about a year. Interactions in the pharmacy and with the cashiers have always been pleasant, but I've had at least two bad experiences with other staff members more recently (specifically deli and produce).
  
  Tonight pretty much broke the camel's back, when the deli gentleman yelled at my boyfriend and me over cheese. Clearly he was having a bad day, but I really have trouble understanding how it is acceptable to yell at a client when they ask if you have provolone. Compartmentalization, guy. Halfway through the sandwich-making process, he did make it abundantly clear that he was trying to close up shop (8pm on Friday), of which we were unaware and apologize because I hate those last-minute-before-close people as much as the next guy... but it's definitely not professional that he "literally doesn't care what kind of cheese!!!" I want and then talked about deli staffing issues (which I'm sure also contributed to the crankiness). Sometimes you've just got to bottle up your hatred of mankind like the rest of us customer service folk, wait until you get home, and cry yourself to sleep.
  
  This, paired with the time that a produce stocker grabbed spinach out of my hands without solicitation because he thought I should buy a different brand, has made me not so impressed with this location, a little weirded out, and overall hesitant to return lest I make eye contact with the Cheese Man or Spinach Bandit.

  This publix is staffed by the friendliest, most helpful, and happy people I have had the pleasure to meet...The store is always clean, and so is the lot....The prices are good and the vegetables the freshest...
