  Normally I like this place but tonight the chicken was HORRIBLE and the manager couldn't figure out how to do a refund. How hard is it to put out a consistent decent product?

  It looks like for the last 2 orders that I have made at this Zaxby's the food is not made the way is supposed to be. The wings dried with no sauce and feels like it has been seating there for hours. Really disappointed since before maybe 1-2 months ago the food was great. Something have changed here please correct the problems going on.

  Closest one to me, but I usually go to another one. Food is OK, fries are generally burnt and if you request extra lettuce you maybe 1 in 5 trips there will get more than one tiny piece of lettuce. Even tried it again today. Ordered extra lettuce, sauce on the side. Had to ask for the zax sauce after I got my order, got home, 1 freaking piece of lettuce. Seriously, just go to another store. This one is staffed by idiots. Oh and once again the fries are burnt...
